Due to the fact that the RAKO Group is expanding steadily, jobs at RAKO are safe, and new chances for individual developement arise frequently. Our employees are open-minded, flexibel and highly customer-oriented.

We grant vocational training to almost 60 apprentices. We train future media designers, printers, clerks, business economists and industrial engineers. As most of them stay with us after the end of their apprenticeship, the RAKO teams stay young and open to new ideas.

Even though our business is becoming increasingly international, a lot of our long-term customers are german. Although we have a multi-ethnic staff, working language within RAKO Germany is german.
